Unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by using email collection programs or other technical tools is prohibited. Please note that any violation is subject to criminal penalties according to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

It is prohibited to use automatic email collection programs or other technical tools to collect email addresses from an Internet website that refuses collection of email addresses. The sales and distribution of email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1 is prohibited. Any persons shall be informed that collection, sales, and distribution of email addresses are prohibited in accordance with Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 and shall not use them to transfer information.

Article 72 (Penalty Provisions)

Any of the following persons shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than three years or a fine of not more than 30 million won.

1. A person who accesses another person’s information in violation of Article 48 (1)
2. A person who collects another person’s information in violation of Article 49-2 (1)
3. A person who conducts affairs without filing for registration under Article 53 (1)
4. A person who lends a loan to someone or offers such loan by committing any of the following acts :
(a) Conducting, or engaging someone to conduct vicariously, a transaction through telecommunications billing services by pretending sale or supply of goods or services or billing more than an actual selling price;
(b) Engaging a user of telecommunications billing services to purchase or use certain goods or services through telecommunications billing services and then purchasing, at a discount, the goods or services purchased or used by the user of telecommunications billing services;
5. A person who divulges to another person any secret known to him or her while performing his or her duties or uses such secret for any purpose other than performance of his or her duties in violation of Article 66.
